LOCATION
Our retreat takes place in the South of France at a real castle, named by Elle magazine as one of the top retreat spaces in all of France. Dating back to the 17th century, some rooms look and feel like the real Versailles. Think vineyards, history, countryside, love and all of the beauty that defines France. Our Chateau de Bardouly is located between Bordeaux and Toulouse in the Dordogne Region of South-West France. This central location allows us to explore a land rich in vineyards, fortified ‘bastide’ towns, and an extraordinary range of natural and historical heritage sites. This romantic countryside features the beauty of the Dordogne River; the renowned gastronomy and wines of Bordeaux and Bergerac; a rich cultural life; and numerous leisure and sporting activities.
ACCOMMODATION
Each room includes luxurious Egyptian cotton linens, clock, wireless speaker, armoire, chest of drawers, writing desk and plush chairs for reading. All bathrooms are fitted with blow dryers, high-quality bath towels and luxury soap.

GETTING TO CHATEAU DE BARDOULY
If you fly into Paris CDG airport, you can take a 2.5 hr picturesque train ride to Bordeaux. Otherwise, you can fly into Bordeaux airport. Your transfer from Bordeaux train station or airport to our retreat location is covered in the retreat price if you come with the group. Your airline/train tickets to Paris and/or Bordeaux are not included in the retreat price.

Spiritual Teacher & Life Coach
Devoted to helping others and blessed with a deep understanding of the spiritual world, Christina has developed her natural abilities through dedicated study and practice. Christina was born as an extrasensory, with gifts of intuition and healing abilities. Her mission is to guide individuals into their authenticity and to help heal emotional trauma. In a private and calm space, Christina utilizes her gifts as an Intuitive Counselor working with different modalities such as Life Coaching, Soul Retrieval, Intuitive Readings, Belvaspata ( Angelic Healings), Reiki, Mindfulness and Psychic Readings to help her clients align with their higher self and heal areas of their life. Christina focuses on emotional, physical, spiritual health, career, abundance and relationships. Her ultimate goal is to inspire those around her to awaken to their true potential.
Healing emotional trauma steams from the subconscious, better referred to as Shadow Work - a process that helps bridge the gap between the Mental and the Emotional Body. This process helps individuals bring light into any dark period of their life, and emotions that have been suppressed. It allows individuals to understand how they have formed beliefs and created stories about their lives that continue to attract the same people and situations. Christina’s approach helps you understand these subconscious aspects, healing Emotional Trauma surrounding your purpose and innate gifts. She will be using the process of Shadow Work surrounding blocked memories and traumas associated with not allowing yourself to step into using your innate gifts and flourishing in your dream career.
