These days many of us feel a bit confused about our place in the world and our purpose. We all have aspects of our lives that we would like to improve. Maybe we need a new perspective on an urgent issue, better decision-making skills, more self confidence, and clarity on next steps.

Sometimes we need help observing our mind and behaviour, because it’s hard to step outside ourselves and be able to see the gaps and suggest changes that would lead to improvement.

In our workshops, we work together to observe and reflect on what is working, and what isn’t working in our lives. Using different techniques from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Design Thinking and Mindfulness meditation, we look for ways to get a new perspective, uncover new information, access strengths within us, and shift the way we look at our problems.

Word on the Street

I recently attended an amazing workshop about designing your career life. It was taught with confidence, enthusiasm and knowledge and some very interesting insights and recommendations. It fired really great discussion between the participants and everyone felt pretty confident about their dream career scenario towards the end of the workshop. I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to any of my friends! It really does open your eyes a little wider to a lot of things you haven't seen before!

This workshop is a game changer! Within several sessions I was able to peel off layers of personal limitations, imposed expectations around the idea of success and discover a true fulfilling authentic path that is in the alignment with my true self.

Ivana gently walks you through the process by asking the right questions, challenging your belief system, guided meditations and helping you connect with your desires.
I cannot be more thankful for this experience!

Ivana's ability to pair big picture thinking with targeted situational insight makes her a person you want to meet if you feel like there's a gap between where you are and where you want to be. I participated in a Design Thinking + Career workshop run by Ivana and I left with a clear list of action items that I started tackling the next day. Through a blend of personal awareness, blunt honesty and reflective exercises, Ivana helped me cut through what I was telling myself to find what I really wanted. A delight to interact with, I would recommend any of Ivana's events or workshops.

Emotional Intelligence is the capacity to be aware of, manage and express your emotions, and handle relationships (interpersonal and business) wisely and empathetically. As times get more complex and the pace of change accelerates, people are feeling more anxious, stressed, fearful and unstable. In this current climate, as business leaders, we are being asked to be thoughtful and act fast.

Before anyone can be great at anything, they must be great at knowing themselves. Life happens. You internalize it. Your understanding of that experience is what we call an awareness of self. When you disassociate from your thinking in order to observe your thoughts, you are able to identify and change the negative patterns that hold you back.

This course will help you increase your understanding of self and others so that you can be in control of your state, behaviour and your actions.

In any given day, we go back and forth between heightened and lowered states of self-awareness. Emotional Intelligence provides the tools to halt the momentum of a downward emotional spiral.

We have a conscious mind and a subconscious mind. Each may pull you in two different directions, causing you to take one step forward and two steps back, preventing you from reaching your higher potential. The tools that you will learn in this workshop will help you uncover your blind spots and assumptions that you may not be aware of on a conscious level. There is a fine balancing act between the heart and the mind, between emotion and reason. This balancing act is Emotional Intelligence. This is never attained, but maintained.

We will be using principles and teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Naturalistic Psychology, Philosophy and basic laws of Physics.

This workshop is for the individuals who wish to:

  • Stop seeking validation from others

  • Have more self-confidence in their decision making

  • Achieve more consistent results in their career

  • Develop better relationships by having the ability to manage conflict and lead others

  • Develop the ability to read and understand people, and respond accordingly

  • Communicate with clarity and impact

Many of us are making a trade-off between earning enough money to pay the bills and doing the work that inspires and fulfills us. Perhaps there is a better way to design your life so that you can do the work that you love and pay the bills at the same time. For some of us this may sound like an overwhelming task if we’ve had a hard time even articulating what our passion is. My goal is to help you on this journey of self-discovery and question some of the assumptions you have made to date, with the hope of changing your perspective to something more useful. This workshop is designed to help you define the sweet spot where your passions, your skills and ability to pay the bills intersect. We will look at our work from multiple angles, through different frames and perspectives in order to uncover more information and let in new choices.

We will use guided meditation to connect with our subconscious mind and our desires; principles of Design Thinking to uncover new insights through guided questioning; NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) exercises to identify what is already working, build on it, develop alternatives and connect dots you never thought about connecting.

Do you find yourself stuck when you have to talk about who you are? Do you find it tough to deliver a message and get the point across? Of course, by “story” we’re not referring to fairy tales or adventure novels. What we really mean is who you are, what you care about, and why it matters to you. These “stories” are how we categorize and assess people as we meet them: we find out what their stories are, and based on these, we decide what kind of connection we want to make with them.

When forming a message as a story, you are more likely to captivate your audience and make yourself relatable. Not only will people connect with your story, but they’ll engage with it and add some of it to their own story. This is how a message grows.

In this workshop, you will explore the story of who you are; you will pinpoint the skills and states that will allow you to confidently master your message and your “story” and share it effectively. You will learn how to pace and lead while staying true to the core of your message. As a result, this will help you grow your connections, your influence, and your business/career.

Have you recently been promoted into a leadership role or have to take charge of a project? This workshop is designed to help you to thrive in your leadership role and appropriately interact and influence the people around you.

Whatever you want involves other people. Because we are born social creatures who are wired to learn from one another, support one another, and challenge one another, our ability to engage with others in a meaningful and practical way is important. It determines the quality of life and it contributes to a successful career and or business.

In this workshop, we will use the practices of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to explore how you can make change happen for yourself or others. Together, we will work on a specific situation where change is imperative and needs to occur.

This will leave you with the appropriate methods on how to make this change happen. It will further enforce your ability to address what you would like the other person/people to do as a result of your leadership and influence.
