We spend our lives in search of ourselves.
As if 'it' was something outside of us, we search for it everywhere except within ourselves
- in our careers, our relationships, our status. The real journey is inward.
At Nomad, we design products & experiences that expand the mind & inspire self- discovery through Self-Awareness and Emotional Intelligence workshops and spiritual wellness retreats.

WORD ON THE STREET
If there is anything that I aim to do every day, it is to spread the peace that I found in myself while on this retreat. I signed up thinking that I would come back to Toronto with a slight change in perspective, but I humbly admit that I feel transformed. I can relate to anyone who has ever felt stagnant or held-back by something, and this retreat served as a way to breathe life into the voids and uninspired spaces. It gave me the opportunity to soften the noise of the "hamster wheel", so that I could better hear the universe whisper. Forever grateful. Thank you for putting your everything into making this happen, Ivana and Spyro! The retreat was life-changing.
TACKLING MENTAL HEALTH: A NEW INITIATIVE
We all experience having our feelings invalidated and dismissed. 'You're too needy.' 'You're so emotional.' 'You're over-dramatic.' 'Don't overreact.'
We’re shamed for having perfectly normal feelings fall too high or too low on a made-up scale. We’re told that we have to be strong and hold it together. So we reject those perfectly normal feelings and shame ourselves. We all struggle with this.
Our latest initiative "All The Feels" focuses on exposing the stigma of mental health and anxiety, and the corresponding labels that are commonly associated with them. The goal is to wear your emotions for all to see, because they are normal, and they make you, you. We truly believe that we cannot heal what we suppress.
We want everyone to accept the 'too much' of ourselves. By wearing these labels proudly you are telling the world, I do not reject any part of who I am. 50% of proceeds of the clothing in this collection will go to mental health organizations focused on working with youth across Toronto and the GTA.
